This Wednesday Mr. Alfonso Guzman, President of K&M, participated in a joint United States-Mexico government working group on LNG Import/Export terminals.
Mr. Guzman presented insights in closed-door discussions on technical, commercial and financial factors in LNG Import/Export terminal development in Central America. Other participants included 25 energy sector representatives from seven Central American countries, including the Regional Operating Entity (EOR) for the Central American Electrical Interconnection System.
The U.S Trade and Development Agency, together with the Department of State’s Bureau of Energy Resources and the U.S Agency for International Development, is engaged in a bilateral initiative with the Government of Mexico to provide a series of workshops regarding the development of natural gas markets in Central America.
K&M was proud to share its LNG expertise during this important USTDA organized working group.
