&M was engaged by Dorado Group to advise on the development of a 20 MW biomass power plant in Meta State, Colombia. The project’s activities are divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 involves a feasibility study that includes analyses on technical and conceptual design, financial viability, applicable rules regulations, and market conditions. During the second phase, K&M will support Dorado through developing the project agreements, including the biomass supply agreement and PPA. The final phase will consist of marketing the project to investors and lenders.
