Kate Millier
Ms. Kate Miller is an Analyst on the Strategic Services team, where she provides economic, financial, and electricity market analysis for a range of projects. Prior to K&M Advisors, Ms. Miller served as a fellow within the U.S. Department of Energy’s International Affairs and Market Development department. She previously worked on USAID-funded business competitiveness projects in the West Bank and Tunisia, where she helped design technical assistance programs to promote sales growth and job creation for small and medium-sized enterprises. Ms. Miller received her Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she focused on energy and finance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Economics from Macalester College in Minnesota.
Ms. Natalie Tsukano is a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services team, where she provides economic, financial, and market analysis for energy projects. Prior to K&M Advisors, Ms. Tsukano was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where she provided economic and financial analysis for multinational companies for cross-border tax compliance, M&A, and business restructuring. She received her Master’s degree in Energy, Resources, and Environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and holds a Bachelor’s in Transcultural Studies from Waseda University.
As the Business Development and Administrative Associate, Ms. Bipasha Roy, supports K&M by tracking procurements for potential business opportunities, assists with the preparation of EOIs and Proposals, and supports firmwide marketing activities. Prior to K&M Advisors, Ms. Roy interned with Frost & Sullivan as an Economic Trends and Research Analyst and has also completed an apprenticeship with her professors at American University, where she negotiated and navigated successful cross-sector partnerships. Ms. Roy is fluent in English, Chinese, Hindi, Bengali and limited working proficiency in Korean. She received her Master’s degree in International Affairs, Comparative and Regional Studies from the American University School of International Service and holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies and Asian Studies with Minors in Economics and Chinese from the University of San Francisco.
