The World Bank has engaged K&M to perform a rapid review of a US$1b investment project for Lima’s water and sanitation utility, Sedapal. K&M’s newly created policy and regulation practice has developed a financial model to guide its project financing recommendations and assess the program’s impact. K&M will provide financing recommendations to the Peruvian government and the World Bank.

The investment project will improve existing water and sanitation assets and construct new infrastructure. This will increase coverage and improve service quality for 3.6 million Peruvians across the country.
