K&M served as an independent Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Sub-contractor to ABB-SUSA on this EPC/CM assignment. The project consisted of design/build expansion and modification of water and wastewater treatment plants, distribution and collection systems, pumping stations and support facilities. K&M’s scope of work included review of submittals, setting of field laboratory, calibration of concrete batch plants, compliance of materials to specifications and submittals and shop drawing review.
