Mr. Noah Martin is a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services team, where he contributes financial modeling, market research, and economic analysis for energy projects. Prior to K&M Advisors, Mr. Martin was a Research Associate at London Economics International, where he provided advisory services to a range of energy sector organizations, including developers seeking to build greenfield power plants, state regulators updating reliability and resource adequacy standards, and utilities assessing the impact of changes to transmission tariff designs. He received his Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where he focused on energy finance and policy, and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Comparative Studies with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean from Duke University.
