K&M will be providing due diligence services to a US private equity fund.

K&M will undertake a thorough assessment of a 1,200 MW combined cycle gas turbine power plant to evaluate its investment potential. K&M will conduct an extensive review of the project’s historic and projected O&M records, PPA, and fuel supply agreements. K&M’s experienced engineers will evaluate the current inputs into the project’s financial model and suggest adjustments to enhance the model’s accuracy. Using the results of its review, K&M will identify the project’s technical risks and propose measures to mitigate them.
