The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) contracted with K&M Advisors in a consortium with Duran & Osorio and Econtec to carry out an analysis of the financing sources of the water and sanitation sector in Colombia. For this the consortium led by K&M Advisors, the team will i) characterize the funding sources, ii) identify the barriers and incentives to access these sources, iii) design new innovative financing instruments and, iv) define a normative agenda to attract financing to the sector.
